According to Verizon, the Android 11 Update on Motorola Edge+ is sowing with RPB31.Q1-19-19-11-2 build number. As it is a major release, we can expect that this update is bigger than the normal monthly patches. You can sideload the update by connecting your device to a stable Wi-Fi connection. The newer build knocks up the Verizon Moto Edge+ with March 2021 monthly security patch along with a bunch of new features and improvements. Motorola Edge+ users can now access a number of new features on their device with the Android 11 update. The list include features such as Chat Bubbles, change in Notification panel & volume controls, improved performance, and many other features. Verizon hasn’t published a detailed changelog, but the update should come with a bunch of new features, which are mentioned in the above paragraph.
Verizon Motorola Edge+ Android 11 Update
For the time being, Motorola is allegedly rolling the Android 11 update for the Verizon centric Edge+. We can expect a wider rollout in the coming days for both the vanilla Motorola Edge and Edge+ (Verizon). In case you’ve not received the OTA notification on your Motorola Edge+ (Verizon), then I recommend you to check the updates manually in the system settings. To manually check for updates simply go to Settings on your Verizon Moto Edge+. And then go to System > Software Update. It will show the available update that you can download and install on your phone. Before updating your smartphone, make sure to take a backup of important data. Also, make sure to charge your smartphone to at least 30%. If you’ve any query, then leave it in the comment box below. Also, share this article with your friends.
