Android 15 is going to be the first major software upgrade for ROG Phone 8. The phone was launched with Android 14 OS out-of-the-box and is set to receive an Android 15 update by the end of the year or early next year. If you want to try the new features on your ROG Phone 8, you can follow the steps mentioned below to join the program. On your ROG Phone 8, head over to the System > System update in the Settings app, then tap on the gear icon at the top right corner. Now select Enroll in Android Preview Program, then click on Agree after reading Asus’s privacy policy, sign up for the members account, and then submit your application. Asus will review your application, if your application gets approved, you will receive the Android 15 preview update on your ROG Phone 8 via special OTA.
