Apple plants the new software on the eligible watches with the 21T5202e build number. The incremental upgrade weighs 322MB in download size. In terms of changes, there are a few things confirmed to come with watchOS 10.4, including a Vision Pro setting to disable the double tap feature on the Apple Watch.
