Apple plants the new developer beta with the 20S5626e build number and weighs around 280MB in size. If you are a developer then you can freely upgrade to watchOS 9.3. Apple Watch Series 4 and later models running on watchOS 9 or later can install the new build and try out the new features. At the time of writing, we are not aware of new changes available on the watchOS 9.3 beta. Just like the previous beta releases, Apple didn’t mention anything in the release notes of the new update. The upgrade has all features available on the previously released watchOS 9.2 such as support for advanced race route workouts, optimizations to the crash detection feature, a better kickboxing algorithm, and more.
