Apple has been consistent with its software updates for beta as well as public beta. And if you are a beta tester then you are aware of the weekly update rollout process. Whenever a public update release has any issue or security flow, Apple releases an incremental update within a few days. The same we get to see for the iOS 14.7 update. Along with iOS 14.7.1 and iPadOS 14.7.1, Apple has also released the macOS Big Sur 11.5.1. No update for watchOS and tvOS this time. Both iOS 14.7.1 and iPadOS 14.7.1 are available to support devices with build version 18G82. It is a small incremental update with some bug fixes, so you won’t be seeing any big changes in this update. Below you can check the official changelog.
iOS 14.7.1 Changelog
iOS 14.7.1 fixes an issue where iPhone models with Touch ID cannot unlock a paired Apple Watch using the Unlock with iPhone feature. This update also provides important security updates and is recommended for all users.

How to Remove Beta Profile from iPhone and iPad
And if your iPhone/iPad running a higher version (iOS 15 Beta), then you need to downgrade your Apple device. But it will remove all data from your iPhone.
