This is a small incremental update available to all users with support iPhones and iPads. So if you are on an iOS 14 public build, you will receive this update directly on your device. You can check for the update directly on your device by going to Settings > Software Update. In case you have installed a beta profile on your iPhone or iPad for beta testing. Then you will not receive the update on your iPhone. In that case, you can remove the beta profile to get the latest stable iOS 14.7.1 update. But remember you will not receive beta updates unless you reinstall the beta profile.
