Last week, Apple released the fourth beta of iOS 16.4 with some improvements and bug fixes. And as you may already know, a Release Candidate is the last build released before the Public Build. This means there will be no more beta builds (additional RCs being the exception) before the next major update, iOS 16.4, is released to the public. Along with the iOS 16.4 RC, Apple also released iPadOS 16.4 RC, watchOS 9.4 RC, tvOS 16.4 RC, macOS Ventura 13.3 RC, macOS Big Sur 11.7.5 RC 5, iOS 15.7.4 RC, and iPadOS 15.7.4 RC and macOS Monterey 12.6.4 RC 5. The iOS 16.4 RC build is available for users with build number 20E246. And the release candidate weighs in at around 5GB which is huge compared to other updates, more like a major update. Now coming to changes and features, it includes all the changes from beta 1 all the way up to beta 4. Yes, there can be some other changes as well. As of now, we haven’t found major changes, but once we find changes we will share them with you. If you are a registered developer or a public beta tester, then you will see the RC update on your iPhone. You can check for the update manually by going to Settings > General > Software Update. Before upgrading your phone to the new update, make sure to backup all your important data and charge your phone to 50%. Also Check:
