iOS 17.4 is the update to bring support for third-party app stores, sideloading, custom Browser engines (not necessarily have to use Safari engine), and many other features. Once all the beta builds come out we will know about all the new features and changes that will be a part of iOS 17.4. Along with the iOS 17.4 Beta 2, Apple released a bunch of other beta builds that include iPadOS 17.4 Beta 2, watchOS 10.4 Beta 2, tvOS 17.4 Beta 2, macOS Sonoma 14.4 Beta 2, macOS Ventura 13.6.5 RC2, macOS Monterey 12.7.4 RC2, and visionOS 1.1 Beta 1. The second beta of iOS 17.4 is available with build number 21E5195e. It’s the same build number as iPadOS 17.4 beta 2. The update size could vary depending on the device and your previous update.
