Update: The update is now available to Public Beta Testers. Last week Apple released the iOS 16.4.1 update to everyone that addressed some major security issues. And now the tech giant is back to testing the beta build of the fifth big iOS 16 update that will release soon to everyone. Along with the iOS 16.5 Beta 2, Apple also pushed iPadOS 16.5 Beta 2, watchOS 9.5 Beta 2, tvOS 16.5 Beta 2, macOS Ventura 13.4 Beta 2, and macOS Monterey 12.6.6 RC 2. The iOS 16.5 Beta 2 update comes with build number 20F5039e. As we near the WWDC event in which Apple will announce iOS 17, the company will reserve the big changes for the big announcement. And hence we are not expecting major changes in iOS 16.5 and any other upcoming iOS 16 builds. Yet there may be some noticeable and useful changes. As of now, we haven’t found new changes since the beta was just released. But once we see changes and new features, we will add them below.
