Chrome OS Flex is a new entrant into the world of operating systems for PCs. Now, Chrome OS Flex is different from Chrome OS. For starters, it will not be able to run Virtual Machines to run Windows, and you will not be able to run Android apps on your PCs. The OS is currently in its development beta phase and has some common issues such as black screens while booting or setting up. Conclusion
This is the whole list of devices that are supported by Chrome OS Flex. Sure, we are missing a number of devices from a number of different brands. However, we do hope to see more devices being tested, added, and eventually being compatible with ChromeOS Flex. A lot of the older devices will now be getting a second life which will help reduce e-waste and also put these devices to good use. The list will be updated as and when new devices are added around.
