The iOS 14.1 and iPadOS 14.1 updates are available to all the supported iPhones and iPads released since iPhones 6S. You can install the update right away on your phone. Go to Settings > General. Then tap on the Software Update option. In this case, it will show iOS 14.1 or iPadOS 14.1 update. Tap on Download and Install and wait for the process. If you are already on the iOS 14.1 GM edition then you don’t need to update as it is similar to the iOS 14.1 public release. How to Remove Beta Profile from iPhone and iPad

After removing the beta profile you can follow the standard process to update i.e. Settings > General > Software Update. After reboot, you can use your Apple device with the latest iOS or iPadOS update. You can also install the updates manually with iTunes or Finder.
