The company has officially said that flashing Firmware through Realme Flash Tool will fix the Fingerprint not working issue. Support OFP files: The official tool support OFP packages, which are different from the OZIP file. You can get the OFP file from the Realme official forum page. How to Use Realme Flash Tool [Flash Firmware on Realme Phones]
Once you have downloaded the Realme Flash Tool, follow the instructions below to flash Firmware on your Realme phone. Step 1) Copy both Realme Flash Tool and OFP package on your computer. Step 2) Extract the Realme Flash Tool Zip file and double click on Realme flash.exe to run the Realme Flash Tool. Step 3) Power off your phone. Then press & hold Volume Down + Power button together to boot your phone into fastboot mode. Step 4) When your phone boots into Fastboot Mode, connect it to the computer with a USB cable. Step 5) Now, in the Realme Flash Tool, click on the Browse button. Step 6) Locate and select the OFP file that you want to flash on your Realme Phone. Step 7) Then click on the Loading device, and it will detect your Realme phone. Step 8) After following the above steps, click on the Flash button. Step 9) Now click Confirm to start flashing (It will Wipe data from your device). Step 10) After complete flashing, it will show the Complete dialog box.
