Starting from the front, then both phones are billing with a 6.7-inch LCD panel with a teardrop notch at the top. The vanilla Galaxy A05 comes with HD+ resolution support whereas the Galaxy A05s bags FHD+ panel. Both phones were launched with the Android 13 operating system, and later, received the Android 14 update. Under the hood, the affordable Galaxy A05 features MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, whereas, the Galaxy A05s dawns the Snapdragon 680 SoC. Both phones are available in different configurations – 4GB / 64GB, 4GB / 128GB, and 6GB / 128GB. In terms of optics, both phones pack a 50MP primary camera. The Galaxy A05’s dual-lens camera setup features a 2MP depth sensor, whereas, the costlier model, the Galaxy A05s’ triple camera setup has a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro camera. For selfies, the affordable model features an 8MP snapper on the front, whereas, the A05s boasts a 13MP shooter. Both A-series phones come with a 5,000mAh battery and support 25W fast charging. These phones are available for purchase in these color options – Black, Light Green, Violet, and Silver.
