Sony has launched the Xperia 8 and will be available in late October 2019. For now, the company has launched the smartphone for the Japan region, and there’s no confirmation about the worldwide launch. The smartphone dons a 6-inch FHD+ Triluminous display which is in 1080 X 2520 pixels resolution. It is coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage which can be expandable up to 512GB via microSD card. The Xperia 8 houses with Snapdragon 630 SoC and runs on Android Pie 9.0. The Sony Xperia 8 packs with a dual-lens camera setup, which captures some amazing shots. It comes with a 12MP primary sensor that has an f/1.8 aperture, PDAF, HDR, and a few other features. The secondary lens is an 8MP wide-angle camera that has an f/2.4 aperture. On the front, the smartphone has an 8MP selfie shooter which has an f/2.0 aperture, HDR, and PDAF sport. You can record videos in 4K resolution and still images in 3000 X 4000 pixels resolution. The Sony Xperia 8 boasts with 2,760mAh battery and sports fast charging. The smartphone is available in Black, White, Orange, and Blue color options. Talking about the pricing, then the price of the new Xperia 8 starts at JPY 54,000 (approx. $505).
