After having installed Spotify on both, your iPhone and Apple Watch, you can now download Spotify songs and playlists on your Apple Watch for listening to them offline. Spotify lets you download entire playlists (up to 50 songs each), you can also download individual podcast episodes, and you can even create Spotify playlists just for your Apple watch for offline listening.
