Check the Power Cord

Check HDMI-CEC Device Control
If your TV supports HDMI-CEC, it might be causing the issue. Here’s what you need to do: Step 1: Navigate to the TV’s Settings. Step 2: Choose Display & Sound and select HDMI-CEC Device Control. Step 3: Turn off the feature if it’s turned on and wait for a few seconds, then turn it on again, or vice versa. You may not see the HDMI-CEC Device Control on all the TVs since all brands have their own names for HDMI CEC.
