As the testing of Android 13 has just started, it is not safe to install it on the primary device. But we can test it on a secondary device as it may contain bugs including major bugs. So if you have a PC then you can easily get Android 13 DP1 on Android Emulator to test out the new features of Android 13. Android 13 comes with many changes along with better security and privacy.
