The Galaxy Watch 7 and the Watch Ultra support a very similar set of features, thanks to the new Exynos W1000 chipset and WearOS 5. How to Put Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra in Pairing Mode

If you recently received delivery of your new Galaxy Watch 7 or Galaxy Watch Ultra, booting it for the first time will automatically put the watch in pairing mode. Turn on the watch by pressing the home key (button with orange accent). After boot up, you’ll be prompted with a welcome screen and the watch details. Bring your Galaxy Watch close to your smartphone, it will automatically detect the watch, thanks to Fast pair technology. If it doesn’t detect the watch, you can simply open the Galaxy Wearable app and begin setting up your watch. If for some reason, you want to connect the watch to a new phone, swipe down from the watch face and tap Settings. Open General Settings and tap “Transfer watch to new phone” and tap it. It will remind you to back up your data. It will reset your watch so you can pair it with a new phone.
