About a few months back during the iOS 14.5 beta testing, we waited so long for a release candidate. With every beta update, we thought this was the last beta, Apple surprise every time with a new beta update. But no same scenario in the case of iOS 14.7 and iPadOS 14.7. This is an important update because it will bring full support for the MagSafe battery pack for iPhone 12 devices. Along with iOS 14.7 RC and iPadOS 14.7 RC, Apple has also released watchOS 7.6 RC, tvOS 14.7 RC, and macOS Big Sur 11.5 RC. Talking about the build number, both updates come with the 18G68 version. And you already know it will be the same for the public build which releases in a week. Since it is the conclusive update, it weighs more than 4GB depending on the iPhone/iPad model you have. Now coming to the iOS 14.7 RC features, then expect all the features you have tested in the recent beta updates. Here is what you will find on the Software Update page: iOS 14.7 includes support for MagSafe Battery Pack, shared credit limits in Apple card Family, and other improvements and bug fixes for your iPhone. As we know these are not all the changes you get to see, Apple doesn’t mention all the changes in the update settings. So expect a few more changes in the latest iOS 14.7 RC and iPadOS 14.7 RC.
