The changelog is the same for OnePlus 8 OxygenOS 11 Open Beta 9 and OnePlus 8T OxygenOS Open Beta 3. The latest OxygenOS Open Beta 9 for OnePlus 8/8 Pro and OxygenOS Open Beta 3 for OnePlus 8T are available to beta testers as an incremental update.
