MIUI 13 will be a major update over MIUI 12.5 and it will bring some much-awaited features. As per the last few major updates, the MIUI 13 seems to be based on Android 11 as well as Android 12 depending on the device eligibility. So if Xiaomi releases MIUI 13 based on Android 11 and your device is eligible for Android 12 then your device will receive Android 12 later as a separate update. Let’s now talk about some of the new features that we can expect in MIUI 13. MIUI 13 may include new widgets that you can customize and it will be different from what comes in Android 12. It will also include Memory Extension (Virtual RAM), New & Improved animation, Improved Notification UI, Increased Read and Write speed, New Control Center, and more. MIUI 13 Supported Devices
The expected list of MIUI 13 supported phones has been available for a few months now. But the latest revised list leaked just before the launch and the list can indeed be confirmed. But we can’t say anything till there is an official confirmation. According to the latest rumors, Xiaomi is all set to release MIUI 13 to 9 of its top devices first. And later other devices will get the update. The rollout process will be similar to MIUI 12.5 Enhanced Edition.
