Samsung has rolled out the One UI 6.1 for many of its phones. If you haven’t received the update but your phone is eligible, you will receive the update through OTA soon. The latest big update for Galaxy phones brings a bunch of new features. We already talked about many Galaxy AI features, but they are limited to flagship phones only. But the feature I am talking about today is available for most of the devices running on One UI 6.1. With One UI 6.1, Samsung brought Frame and Effect options to customize wallpapers on the lock screen. If you don’t like reading changelog, then the chances are you may not be aware of this feature. The Frame feature, in particular, is a cool feature that shows wallpaper within available frames. Also, if the wallpaper has an object, the frame acts as a highlighter for that object. The Effect feature changes the color of the wallpaper, the same feature as on the iPhone. There is also an effect that blurs the background. Here’s how to use Frames and Effects to customize the home screen and lock screen wallpaper. In case the wallpaper is already applied, you can also follow these steps to trigger the customization page. If you haven’t tried it, you are going to love it mainly on wallpapers where the object covers more than half of the wallpaper. Let us know your thoughts about this new feature. Also Check:
