Make sure to connect your smartphone to a stable Wi-Fi network for sideloading the update. A number of G9 Play and G9 Power users (on Reddit) are reportedly receiving the update on their device. The update is rolling in India, UK, Brazil, and some other regions. We can expect it will be available to other regions in the coming days. The update on Moto G9 Play arrives with May 2021 monthly security patch. Talking about the features and changes, then the Android 11 update on arrives on Moto G9 series phones with a number of visual changes, alongside the Chat Bubbles, change in Notification panel & volume controls, improved performance, and many other features of Android 11. Android 11 Update for Moto G9 Play & G9 Power
Motorola G9 Play and G9 Power users now upgrade their smartphone to Android 11 OS. At the time of writing, the update is in a rolling phase, might take some time to reach every phone.
