Motorola announced the Moto One Hyper with Android 10 out-of-the-box. And the latest Android 11 patch is the first major OS upgrade for Moto One Hyper. The new build carries the RPF31.Q1-21-20 software version. Although, for the time being, Motorola hasn’t officially shared the details of the Android 11 rollout. But there are some users on Twitter allegedly receiving the latest update on their smartphone. As this is the major update, it may require a big chunk of internet data for sideloading, I suggest you connect your smartphone to a Wi-Fi network for the update. With this update, the monthly security patch version will bump up to March 2021. Other than that, the update also comes with features such as Chat Bubbles, change in Notification panel & volume controls, improved performance, and many other features. Motorola hasn’t mentioned much in the changelog, but you can access the aforementioned features on your Moto One Hyper after upgrading it to the Android 11 update.
Motorola One Hyper Android 11 Update (Stable)
As for now, the Android 11 update is seeding in Brazil. We can expect that the update will soon be available in other regions as well. In case you’ve not received the OTA notification on your Moto One Hyper, then I recommend you to check the updates manually in the system settings. To manually check for updates simply go to Settings on your Motorola One Hyper. And then go to System > Software Update. It will show the available update that you can download and install on your phone. Before updating your smartphone, make sure to take a backup of important data. Also, make sure to charge your smartphone to at least 30%.

After rolling out the stable Android 11 in Brazil, Motorola is now rolling out the update in the US for Motorola One Hyper. It is available to users with build number RPF31.Q1-21-20-1. Some users reported that after updating they are not able to use streaming apps like Disney Plus, HBO Max, etc. We recommend waiting for few more days because by then we will have more information about the update.
