The new Counter-Strike in Beta is expected to release later this month or early April. You would have to take this news with a pinch of salt simply because nothing has been officially confirmed. There’s no game poster, trailer, or teaser. Heck, there is no Steam page for the new games of yet. However, there are few details that talk about the brand-new game. First off, the game will be developed on the new Source 2 game engine. So yes you can expect better graphics and game physics. Secondly, the skins that you have purchased and been using in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive will be available for you in the newer Counter-Strike games. And last, of all, we can expect the beta of the game to be made available by the end of March hopefully. A lot of users have also reported seeing two new Counter-Strike games being mentioned in the newer driver versions for Nvidia GPUs. One being Counter-Strike 2 and the other being Counter-Strike: Global Offensive 2. There’s still a lot of time for the developers to reveal details for the supposedly new Counter-Strike games. And, if all is true it would be lovely to see the game get support for the Steam Deck right out of the box. Who knows, we might even get to see these games make their way to cloud gaming services, especially Nvidia’s GeForce NOW. Stick around to YTECHB as we will be covering the latest about these new games as and when information is made available.
