It is the second Android 11 beta for the OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T which is now available for users who want to test Android 11 before the official release. OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T users who already using the first Android 11 beta will receive the OTA update on their phones. While users using the stable build can either install the OxygenOS 11 Beta 1 upgrade via local upgrade and update to Open Beta 2 or you can directly install the OxygenOS 11 Open Beta 2 (if files are available). In case if you want to first update your OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T to OxygenOS 11 Open Beta 1, then you can download the given files for both phones.

Once you have the downloaded file, you can manually install it from settings. First, make sure to take a full backup and charge your phone to at least 50%. For local upgrade, go to Settings > System > System Update. Now click on the Settings icon on the top right corner then select Local upgrade and choose the download Open Beta update file.
