As you can see the list of bug fixes is long and this might be the reason OnePlus 8 series is not getting the stable update as of now. But now that most of the bugs fixed in this beta, we can expect the public release soon. The OxygenOS 11 Open Beta 8 for OnePlus 8 Series and OxygenOS 11 Open Beta 2 for OnePlus 8T is rolling out for devices running on the previous beta. In case if you did not receive the update, you can manually check by going to Settings > System > System Updates.
