OnePlus plants the new firmware on the OnePlus 9RT with the MT2111_11_F.11 firmware version. At the time of writing, the update is in a rolling phase and will be available to everyone in a matter of time. Make sure that your OnePlus 9RT is running on the newest available software version. Usually, OnePlus officially confirmed the rollout on its support forum, but the company has not confirmed it yet, instead, many OnePlus 9RT users allegedly received the new firmware. The official version of OxygenOS 13 brings October 2022 monthly security patch to the OnePlus 9RT. Android 13-centric OxygenOS 13 is a major upgrade for the OnePlus 9RT, which also means it needs more data for downloading. Talking about this build, then it weighs a whopping 5GB in size.
