OnePlus started testing the Android 12 on OnePlus 9RT in May through the OxygenOS 12 Closed Beta program. And now as it is almost a month since the closed beta release, the new alpha build C.02 is available to beta users. This means we are now close to the Android 12 Open beta which will come with OxygenOS 12.1. Thanks to Indian Youtuber Technobuzz for sharing the details of the new OxygenOS 12.1 C.02 Alpha build for OnePlus 9RT. The update is available in India. As it is an incremental build over the closed beta the changelog includes only some bug fixes and performance improvement. You can check the new changelog below.

The C.02 Alpha update is currently live to beta users. And soon it will be released as OxygenOS 12.1 Open Beta which anyone can install manually. If you have installed the closed beta on your OnePlus 9RT then you will receive the C.02 build as an OTA update. You can manually check for the update by going to Settings > About Device > Software Update > Check for Update. Tap on download and install to get the update. We can expect the OnePlus 9RT OxygenOS 12.1 Open Beta in a few days. And after that, the stable build might be released early next month. If you have not installed the closed beta but want to try the Android 12 then I will recommend waiting for the Open Beta. Before updating your phone, make sure to take a full backup of your phone and charge it to at least 50%. Also Check:
