iOS 16 is one of the big updates, especially in terms of the new UI. Well, there are major UI changes only on the lock screen. But still, it gives us something new to try. And if you’ve been waiting for the new lock screen but don’t want to use the beta, you don’t need to wait any longer than expected. Along with iOS 16 Dev Beta 6 and iPadOS 16 Dev Beta 6, Apple also released tvOS 16 Dev Beta 6 and watchOS 9 Dev Beta 6. Both iOS 16 beta 6 and iPadOS 16 beta 6 come with the same build number 20A5349b. From the last character ‘b’, we can expect that this will be the second last beta which means there could be a release candidate ahead of the next update. Well, that’s just my guess. Speaking of changes, we can’t expect a lot of changes in this and the upcoming beta as we near the public release, and hence Apple will focus more on bug fixes. Updating the changes here…………… The iOS 16 Beta 6 and iPadOS 16 Beta 6 is currently available to developers only. And the public beta is expected to release soon within a day or later. If you are on the iOS 16 Dev Beta 5, then you can easily update your iPhone from Settings > General > Software Update. Before updating, make sure to take a backup of important data.
