Vivo V20 is a two-year-old mid-range smartphone launched with Android 11 OS out-of-the-box. Now it is getting its first big software update in the form of Android 12-centric Funtouch OS 12 build. The latest patch is seeding over the air with the PD2039F_EX_A_6.70.43 firmware version. The major upgrade weighs a whopping 3.93GB of size for downloading, I suggest you to update your smartphone through a stable WiFi connection. At the moment, the update is in a rolling phase, some users have already received the upgrade. A Twitter user (@MrPrashant141) shared a screenshot of the changelog along with the other details. We can expect it will also be available to other Vivo V20 users in the coming days. Moving to the features, then the update is seeding with features like new widgets, nano music player, stickers, small windows, visual design with rounder corners across the system. Apart from these changes, the update brings a better system for security and privacy controls.  Vivo V20 users can simply head over to the Software updates from the Settings and check the new updates, in case the update is not available on your unit, then I suggest you to wait for a few days. Usually, Vivo rolls out big updates in a staged manner, so the process might take a while. If you have any queries, you can drop the comments in the comment box.
