Apple is seeding the latest software upgrade on the watch with the 22R582 build version, which has a download size of around 240MB. If your watch is already running on the watchOS 11.1 beta, then you can freely upgrade it to the RC build. The public release is expected to be scheduled for next week. Usually, Apple lists the changes coming with the upgrade in the release notes of the RC update. And the watchOS 11.1 release candidate’s changelog confirms no major features coming to the watch, instead, it addresses the issue causing problems writing breathing disturbance data to the Health app.
